Ability to suppress CTAs

In Rules Engine - would like ability to control the number of times a particular CTA can trigger for a customer. For example: Only trigger a CTA of this description once every 90 days.

Awesome!! this has been in the roadmap for sometime, but there wasn't a strong ask for it. Will prioritize into the medium term roadmap for execution.

Has this been implemented? If so, how do we suppress CTAs as discussed above? This would be very helpful.
