We are using a program to send a bi-weekly, exception style email to our CSMs to give insights into areas of Gainsight to help with account maintenance. I can only see it possible to schedule programs daily, weekly and monthly. Can we have more flexibility in scheduling? We require to send this every 2 weeks. Weekly is too much and monthly, not enough.

We just had this come up where our business owner really wants to send a survey every 2 weeks and it appears we are not able to do this.
We’ve been trying to come up with creative ways to do this without much luck, so far.
The solution that I am goin to go with right now is to create a JO program and schedule it to run on a specific day (say the 2nd Tuesday of every month), then duplicate that program and schedule the duplicate to run on a different day that will generally be two weeks later (say the 4th Tuesday of every month). This isn’t perfect given how our weeks and months float around, but it is fairly close and easy enough to plan out.
