It would be nice to have the option to remove the “add person” button on the person section of the c360. For our instance of Gainsight, we want to restrict the CSMs from being able to add new person/contact records because we use Gainsight NXT with Salesforce, and our business process includes additional checks/automation on the SFDC side for new contacts.

This is so important! We chose to have Salesforce as our source of truth for contacts, given other teams outside of our Gainsight users need access to contacts, and are updating them at different points in the customer journey.
Still important! Excited for gainsight to level up our CSM motion - but critically need to leverage existing contact management processes built out in Salesforce.
