Ability to Move Timeline Activities Across Accounts

There are instances where a CSM enters a timeline activity to an account, but it was added to the wrong account and needs to move to another account. There's currently no way to copy or move an activity to another account. The CSM has to re-enter information on the correct account, and this can be a lot of manual re-entry that would be more efficient if a "copy to" or "move to" functionality existed.
 

Throwing an upvote here, CSM was 10 entries deep before catching they were logging their entries on the wrong account (accounts have a similar name).   


Is this going to get picked up?  109 people have upvoted this and the last update on this was over 2 years ago...

We are considering this pain point and also included as part of our current roadmap.

I will keep you posted on the actual release timeline after weighing in the priorities of other strategic items.


This is desperately needed!  We need the ability to move within the C360/R360 or over to a completely different C360/R360 if it was recorded incorrectly.

This item is labeled as In Development but no update has been shared in a couple years …. is this in development or no?  If yes, please provide an update on the various items discussed here: (mass update, CSM updates for individual entries, etc).

Yes, this indeed is in development and will cover the ability to change the account type for an activity. Will update this group once we get a firm dates on the actual release timeline. -  @Sowmya 


This is very much needed.  Any timeframe?


Is there an update on this? I have need of this feature and ideally it should be rep level ability versus Admin.
