We have instances where a CSM has made a success plan active ststus and is then looking to move it back to draft do to a customer change. Currently there is not the ability to move a success plan from active back to draft, so a CSM will have to delete the plan and recreate it to get it into Draft status

Thanks for sharing this. We are working on redesigning Success Plan in our NXT edition & we plan to give this ability as well. We are also going to give admins the ability to create new custom SP Status as well….would that be helpful for your use-case?
