Ability to include Email to Timeline BCC in Email Templates

At the moment, when you send an email template through Gainsight, you are provided a To: field and a CC: field but no BCC field. It would be nice to have a button to insert your Email to Timeline BCC address so that the email you send is captured on the timeline.



+1 to this! This would be nice for tech touch outreaches as well since they are all assigned to the same owner and generally don't have many timeline entries.




+1 from me as well as I think this will be incredibly useful for multiple use cases.

We send email through our CTAs/playbook all the time. It must be a setting we have since all these emails are posted to the timeline automatically.

If you are referring to posting emails sent via cockpit in Timeline then we have a configuration to turn it on. Please refer this article for more details.
