Ability to edit all Timeline entries

Related products: CS Timeline

Currently, the only user that can edit a Timeline entry is the user that created said entry.

It would be good if there was some kind of permission that would allow an admin to edit all Timeline entries, regardless of who created it.

Is there anything like this on the roadmap?

+1000000 to this

For example if a CSM leaves our organisation and have created risks activities, we have to as GS support to change these risks to a different user so we can update them/solve them, surely it would make sense us as admins to have the ability to change these.

+1 We leverage the Gong integration to auto generate meetings and rely on Meeting Reasons to understand in what context the teams are interacting with customers. They collaborate with AEs regularly who often handle scheduling when related to new products, expansions, etc. CSM is unable to designate Meeting Reason when an AE schedules the meeting. Ideal would be to allow CS/account owner or any internal attendees to edit timeline activities.

Hello All! Valid use cases and we do plan to solve this but we have not been able to prioritise it because of other higher priority features. As we get some clarity on timelines, will update this thread.

+10 As a Gainsight Admin, We do need this functionality.
