Resurfacing a request I saw on some older community posts… an oldie but a goodie!
I’d like to be able to create a report on timeline entries, filtered by keywords present in the notes of timeline entries. Currently, we are able to filter by contains keyword for the Subject, but not Notes of timeline. Any further consideration for this?

We did a preliminary technical evaluation for this and its not easy/straightforward to filter on rich text in generic Gainsight Reporting. Even we do all the heavy lifting from engineering, the limitation is that the formatting tags would also need to be present in filtering. For these reasons, this is currently not on the roadmap.We will consider reevaluating this if other customers are also interested in this!

Hi@sai_ram , yes, but hoping this gains traction in the community as it would be very useful for us.
Would be very useful for us, we would like to report on timeline entries that contain a certain # so we can pull together all relevant updates for specific initiatives and provide them to different departments without asking the CSM’s to add another entry with a specific subject or type.
We do this on SF with chatter updates.
