In CTA Email Notifications we need to have an option like who had assigned it to them

Hi Team,

Currently, our Gainsight end users receive a 'Real Time Digest' email whenever they have CTAs assigned to them. Would it be possible for that email to include who assigned the CTA to them?

Right now the email notification just tells them that a new CTA was assigned to them, but does not tell them who assigned it to them

This would be very helpful with keeping track of who is asking for what, and who to complete tasks to.

 


Thanks a lot for sharing this. How would you want the behavior to be in case of CTA’s generated via rules? (Also for you, are most of the CTA created and assigned manually or via Rules?)
