Customize Low, Normal, High priority CTA's in Cockpit

Currently, It appears that when you sort cockpit by Priority that is just follows alphabetic sorting. The customer would like to be able to have high priority at the top which doesn't appear to be possible .

Hi Steve,

Currently for the Group By options we Sort by Alphabetical order, this is mainly because we can have multiple option in Global and Account.

Its already in our roadmap.

I agree that it would be great to see the sort order go H-M-L or L-M-H instead of alphabetical order!

Hi Amanda, Sorry for the inconvenience .Yes, I agree we don't support it now. As a workaround could you please number the priority. 

Example: 1-Low, 2- Normal, 3- High.
This would be fantastic for our use as well!
