Call to Action - Layouts

It would be great to have flexibility in the Call to Action Layout (Cockpit).

In some roles, the CTA is 80% of the daily activity. This CTA could be linked to 1,2...5 different objects with many different fields on each layout.

Today the only option is to have the CTA view on ~1/3 of the screen. It would really cool to have another couple options where the CTA could be half the screen (coming from the bottom?), or the whole screen to go much deeper into this data, and easier visibility into the data shown.

Adding Scorecard, reports, etc. (similar to Renewal Center) would be a cherry on top!

Hi Devin,

Thanks for sharing this. Do you see the ability to change the amount of space available for the detail view as sufficient? Or would having the ability to pop-out the CTA detail view (similar to timeline) be more helpful

Also when you mean reports? Is it about seeing reports inside a CTA. What use-cases have you heard in this regard?

Hey Aditya,

I'm not sure I understand the first two options. Happy to jump on the phone to discuss if helpful.

In the second part - couple of examples that would be great without having to leave cockpit...

  • being able to see the full scorecard (similar to renewal center)

  • Risk - Usage Drop CTA (being able to see adoption explorer reports of week over week usage to understand trend/drop)

  • Risk - Support Risk (being able to see trendline of support tickets week over week)

Thanks!

Devin

Got it. Makes sense, basically be able to see additionl data (not just company attributes) to see what is driving the CTA

On the first part, There are 2 ways to increase the space of the CTA detail view

- One is to increase the width of it (maybe 50% of the screen width) so that there is more space to view more details

- Other one is the ability to view the CTA detail view in a full screen - something we don't have today (this is similar to timeline where you can expand it and it takes over your entire screen)
