Please allow for automapping participant fields, whether it’s a query, powerlist, or csv as the source. It’s time consuming to have to map the same fields multiple times across several programs and honestly, most other systems do this automatically or can best guess First Name mapping to First_name. Even more so for fields that should already be known within the system (ie, SFDC ID).

+1. not only are you spending significant time doing this for each program, but also for each participant source within a single program. Multiple participant sources, multiple programs, means lots of time spent mapping manually for fields that could be auto-mapped.
