Can we make user know by giving an alert or email on that day if the Timeline Activity is not working.
Please log a support ticket if you face any issue in emails not logging to Timeline. FYI - It takes few minutes for the email to show up in Timeline.
There are few cases when Email to timeline stops working because of some security issues(SPF Check failure or DKIM failure).
In the above cases, can we send a notification saying that Email To Timeline would not work so that they can reach out to us at earliest.
