My 1st Community post :-)

Hi everyone, I have been doing Account/Operation Management for a good 20 years with the last 6 years in client/customer success. I have been using SF/GS on and off, however soon I am expecting to have more exposure of GS, certainly more activities to record and initiate (I do not like to be re-active and mobilised by GS). As for myself, London based with a family of 4 (wife, two boys and me). I spent first half of my life in China , where I originally came from and then the rest equally spent so far in the UK (with 90% in London). Hobbies wise, I love outdoor activities especially hiking, but a stroll in the park can also do me as a treat. Can be very competitive at sports especially tennis and table tennis, though I know I am barely a beginner in both Having done fair some bits in CS domain, I look forward to collaborating with you all and helping our customers on their journeys. That’s my intro done! Gainsight Admin Workload - at what point is it a full time job?

Hello! My organization is mid-rollout for Gainsight and I am starting to plan forward for its ongoing operations. I am wondering if it makes sense to hire a full-time Gainsight admin. Those I've spoken to so far have indicated that it is common to have one admin fulfill both roles, especially for smaller organizations. In our case we would initially have an experienced SFDC admin picking up Gainsight. Does anyone have an opinion on what the workload is for ongoing operations? Or alternatively, at what number of users is it worth having the role separated out? Hi Folks, I will be attempting Gainsight NXT Admin certification on 25th June.
