I am working on creating a guide on how to use Gainsight to the fullest.
So far, I want to include a short introduction to Gainsight, how and why we use it as well as some best-practice examples of e.g. how to utilise the timeline, cockpit, playbooks etc.
Do you have any golden experiences to share when it comes to best-practice and/or guides? This is both in terms of on-boarding new colleagues but also to educate excising ones.

We ended up creating a simple internal guide for new employees.
The guide included a walkthrough of the areas in Gainsight that are relevant for our CSMs. It also included direct links to support articles as well as some best practices such as, “remember to start your day in Gainsight”, “Book time to go over your CTAs” etc.
We will be maintaining and updating the guide continuously :)
