I ask, because I see there is already a Document section in the software. This comes from reading several post regarding the ability to attach a document to a Playbook or Success Plan. It was recommend to use a Cloud Host so that the user could click on the static URL provided by the Cloud Host for that particular document.
But before we do that, wanted to know if Document section would be expanded to include the ability to request a static URL? Similar to how DropBox, Google Drive, and OneDrive provide one when sharing a document or folder with another user.

Hi Sagan - We do have plans to improve our attachment capabilities, and also better integrate them across the product. But would help to first understand what your use-cases are.
Do you want to be able to extract these links for sharing and access control purposes? Or, are you thinking like a repository where you add documents once, and then use the link to attach contextually as needed?

Hi Manu! The main thing we're interested is the ability to attach a Document to a Playbook or Success Plan. That's the goal itself. Using the Documents section as our repository (rather than a Cloud Host).
However, right now - it would be as you said 'use the link to attach contextually as needed'. This way we would have a Static Link (URL) that we could put inside of a Playbook or Success Plan that would allow a user to be navigated to that particular document and either view or down as needed.
