In my Gainsight Cockpit, can I collapse/expand all CTAs?

In my cockpit view I see a huge list of CTAs which are grouped on Clients names.



+Client A


  • CTA 1
  • CTA 2
  • CTA 3
+Client B


  • CTA 1
  • CTA 2
  • CTA 3
Can I quickly expand/collapse these CTA groups so that I can focus on the the client I am working on?

Hi Omer,



Sorry we weren't able to share input with you sooner! Have you tried grouping by Customer? If you know you want to look at all CTAs for a particular customer, you can also search for them by name.







There are also expand/collapse icons on the far left for cta lists:

Just to add to that, you can create custom views to view CTAs from a select account (s) and save them for future use

I know how to group CTA.



My question was more about collapsing or expanding all the selected Customers or whatever grouping criteria I have used. 



The idea is that it would help me focus on the context at hand rather than being distracted by other open categories.
