Hello Team, 

 

Customer requirement: 

Is it possible to configure hyperlink in the CTA sections directing to SFDC Account record page rather than the C360 page?

Hi @iteku 

The hyperlink that is visible on the list view is not configurable. But within the detail of the CTA there is an option to navigate to the SFDC account record page

Below is an image for reference. Does that help your use-case?
