Thanks@heather_hansen , some good ideas. My initial thoughts are something along the lines of what products a customer is using. Do you guys change how you use them over a customer’s lifecycle?
We are using the Features option to show some of the product purchased details. We do. The only thing I’ve noticed is that since they have to be updated in Salesforce, it’s a bit more challenging to adjust them often. Generally, I also prefer to use a rule to populate them instead of relying on the CSM. :) Hope that helps!
We use the NXT version of Gainsight - so no SFDC. I like the idea of a rule to populate these fields - one to definitely consider for us in the future (with our CRM).
