We can knock someone off a survey but it would be nice to be able to add someone to the exemption list easily/dynamically instead of having to upload a csv.

what could eb the reasons for someone to get into exclusion list apart from bad sentiment, churned, blacklisted.?
The main reason for us is we get emails from customers asking to be removed from a specific journey. We have journeys that are waveless meaning it is perpetual journey and the customer enters in every six months.
