Sponsor Tracking: What if the customer does not have a LinkedIn profile but needs to be tracked?

Can you only add a contact to Sponsor Tracking using their LinkedIn profile? What if the contact doesn't have a LinkedIn profile, would the link to any other social media account work to track them?

Hi Alma,

Sponsor Tracking primarily works based on tracking profile updates made on LinkedIn. So, the tracking wouldn't work if there is no LinkedIn profile for the contact.

Yes, we can explore using other social media sources as well if they offer reliable sources of information for business and employment oriented information.
