Hi there,

I seem to be having a weird issue where [i]the help text which appears under the slider when setting a health score is only appearing for the high range - medium and low range are not displaying the help text I have set.

Wondering if this is a known bug or (more likely) there's something obvious I've missed.

Hi Alex,

If the help text has been configured for all the score ranges it should be displayed when setting the score. Can you check whether the help text has been configured for the measure? Would you be able to share a screenshot of the issue?

HI Alex and Aditya - 

I am also experiencing funny behavior with regards to help text and have opened a case about it.  

Some measures display the help text and some measures do not:



I can't seem to determine what is causing the different behavior, as the help text is configured for all measures.

Hi Kate,

If the help text has been configured a measure it should show up. Since you have opened a support ticket the team will take a look into it
