Looking for best practices/tips/ etc to help managing accounts with multiple products and services. Gainsight was great with one product but is less effective and useful when trying to manage multiple products and services. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That's probably where you'd get value from the Relationships feature
- that's one of the use cases for which it was designed You might want to talk to your Gainsight CSM about that. It might require some reworking of your configuration.
