According to the documentation, Gainsight allows up to a maximum of 50 R360 layouts to be created. Now, with the new release, I’m attempting to migrate my layouts, and create a new test layout. Eleven layouts were migrated, and two new layouts were created as “Gainsight Recommended Layouts”. When I go now to create a new layout, I’m greeted with an error that I have already exceeded the maximum allowed number of layouts, and I’m not able to create a new one.Did the limit of 50 change with the new release?
When I try to assign an owner to a Success Plan objective, I hover over the Owner field and it has a red "No" symbol. I thought perhaps it was because there was no CSM assigned to the account so I assigned myself in that role - still cannot assign. I also cannot Save the objective without being able to assign an owner so kinda dead in the water on proceeding with our implementation of Success Plans. Currently waiting on an update from support, but wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
Hi, This may sound a bit old-school but I often find myself needing to look up a common piece of information that’s not on the Customer List view. So, I wish there were a way, like on some CRM’s and databases I’ve used in the past, that you could go to a specific module on the 360, say the Health Score for example, and click an arrow forward and scroll through my customers’ to view all their Health Scores. Or active features, Contacts, etc. Any advice appreciated.
We are attempting to update our health scoring system to the DEAR model from Gainsight Elements. I have it all made up, but I’d prefer to test it on a handful of accounts before applying it to the other 15,000. I am trying to use the “Applies To” section of the scorecard settings, but it cannot seem to override the default one. Maybe it’s me, or is here something I’m missing? Has anyone done this sort of transition with 2.0?
I'm not clear on which MDA Data sources are allowed to appear under the Related Lists option for the Share 360 Layouts. I see some, including one that's Custom, not Standard, but most of the MDAs do not appear. We structure most of our reporting off these Custom MDAs so having this clarified would help us share our data. Could someone provide some insight into how these sources populate here? Thanks!
We want to be able to allow for a health score option of zero. We are leveraging the labeling functionality for 1-10 but there wasn't an option to select 0 as a possible label. Currently in the relationship scorecards, we only have an option of 1 - 100. Did I overlook how to implement this feature or is this on the roadmap already?
We are trying to have a number field with decimals as widget in summary section of CS360. When we have as Widget, it is just showing number without decimal part. Can't we have decimals in summary widgets? If so, are there any plans to have this ability in near future?
When I drag a new Linked Object section on the 360 View under Relationship Config and then go pull up/reload an R360 with that Relationship Type, the section shows up beneath the Summary section. I have to go move the Linked Object to another section of the 360 View under Relationship Configuration, reload R360, then drag it back to the bottom of 360 View before it will display on R360 at the bottom of the page.
If a Shared 360 link is sent and a sponsor leaves, can we update the link so the old sponsor no longer has access? You can revoke access to the link through the access tracking page in Administration. Start by Navigating to Administration > Sharing > 360 Layouts. On the 360 Layouts page, click Manage Layouts. Hover over the number of Active Users for the Customer(s) you wish to revoke access or delete and the Revoke Access option will display. You can either click the Revoke Access option to remove access for all users for that customer OR you can click on the number of Active Users to individually revoke access. For more information on Share 360 and Revoking Access, see this article.[Note: this info is based on an internal how-to conversation which we thought might benefit others in the Community!]
Currently, the Export dropdown menu at the top of the C360 does not show all of the available Success Snapshots for export. To get around this, I clicked 'done' on the SS that I wanted to be able to export (in Admin > Success Snapshots), and then it moved to the top of the export list on the C360.
I know i can pull this into the attributes but it does not allow you to edit and it also does not allow modification to the layout of the section. So I am looking for a way to pull some text based account level fields into the 360 view that will allow the CSM to see what is housed in the field but also edit if required. Any ideas on how to make this possible?
Is there a way to set the overall health score based on only 1 component. We have a subjective measure called "State of Customer Relationship". We have the case where if a CSM sets that measure to RED the overall health could automatically be set to RED as well - this would allow us to bring to attention and flag certain accounts adhoc. We'd like to be able to do this without having to increase the weighting %.

Everything that should be on seems on. Has anyone else gotten the "Contact Administrator to enable Scorecard widget selection in card view" message? Tangentally, I can't seem to get the relationship type that I just created into the options of a relationship scorecard. I feel like there's some deep setting that I'm just missing.
The issue I'm working through is similar to the one posted here: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/-attempt-to-de-reference-a-null-object-rule-error Last week we converted scorecards from RYG to Numeric. The following day the null object error message was reported on a singe rule set score function (1 out of 10). After some head scratching and excellent advice from Gainsight support I found 2 problems with that set score rule. First, it was trying to update scores on inactive accounts because of a filtering misconfiguration. Second, I have lingering RYG values in the Scorecard Fact object. Fixing the first problem resulted in a successful run of the failing rule... and there was much rejoicing. Today another set score rule is failing apparently due to the second problem. I'm not sure how rare this issue is but I thought a new
Our internal audit team identified Gainsight as a resource hog because of the Customers Tab. I have drop down in the Customers Tab that shows all accounts that Gainsight Administrators need, but not all reps. I submitted a Support Ticket and they recommended I post here to ask for a permission set to allow certain reports to be viewed by certain profiles or permission sets. I am not sure if this is possible, or even realistic since this might not be a problem for other companies.
