We use number of Support Tickets as a metric in our scorecard. We have automatic rules set up to both fire CTA's and set the Support score to a warning level when an unhealthily high number of tickets is submitted during a set window of time. We have rules set to close the CTA's when this warning is no longer in effect as well as to return the Support score to a neutral level. In our rule to set the Support Score to a warning level, we add a comment of how many ticket's they've had and what window of time. When we return the score to neutral, we no longer need that comment, but the current rule/action functionality wont allow me to just clear out those comments. Instead, I have to replace it with other text and " " (a space) is not accepted. Being able to clear the comments back to blank would be very useful since the original rule comments are now outdated and irrelevant.
I just configured our account hierarchy to support our parent/child relationships in Salesforce. I have been referencing this article: [url=https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Configure_and_View_Account_Hierarchy_in_C360#Fetch-Data-from-Child-Accounts]https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Configure_...[/url] but, it appears to pull in my contacts from my child accounts on the parent account, but our biggest use case for this is for usage to be able to be viewed on the parent account for all the children as well. Is that possible? I don't see anything that supports pulling in this usage on the parent account for all the child accounts as well.
Does anyone have a workaround for this bug? I am trying to create a record on a custom object by using the Add button on the C360 related list. This is the error I am receiving. I assume the code is looking for a field called AccountId, but since it's a custom object, this field does not exist. Any workaround or thoughts? Here is the error message “No access to field AccountId. Our internal Gainsight users spend a lot of time on the account page, and some don't really use Customer Succcess 360, so it would be really useful to be able to export the charts and tables included in the Account Widget.
I'm facing issue while adjusting start date of objective within success plan. The actual issue is the start date is not getting aligned to the newly selected start date of corresponding objective. Please refer below snapshot, where 'Set up SSO' objective start date has been changed to 15th JAN 2019, but start date of underlying task did not changed. Most of the clients using Success Plan complaining on same thing, as it is not feasible to change start date of each and every task.
We have a requirement where CSMs are needed to collect data about their customers and populate it into gainsight. The Questionnaire has around 25-30 questions This Activity can span over a week or two Was thinking to populate custom fields for each these on the ‘Company’ Object and making it available in C360...not sure if it ideal...any thoughts? Whats the best possible way out of this?
Hello All, I'm seeking feedback and suggestions on how to make it easier to distinguish between multiple accounts in Gainsight that have the same name. We have multiple accounts which are not duplicates, but share the same name 'George P Johnson' or 'George P. Johnson'. They exist in Salesforce and Gainsight in a 1to1 relation. Each is covered by a different CSM, and the CSMs would like to be able to distinguish which 'George P Johnson' account is their when the do a Customer search in GS. As it stands, when they search by name they get the multiple matching results with no way to know which they cover. Merging the accounts in SFDC isn't an option, they exist for valid business reasons. Any ideas? Thanks! I have created some charts showing the breakdown of health scores by Success Package type and yet the scores are not displayed in order. How can I get them to go in the correct order, as configured in the Scorecard administration page. Additionally, the labels in the key for my scorecard bar chart shown below are out of order. Docs say that Gainsight basically supports whatever Salesforce supports, as far as browsers are concerned: [img]https://d1qy7qyune0vt1.cloudfront.net/gainsight-en/attachment/ScreenShot20190429at12-14-33PM-c2c1c9b8-a2db-470e-a38b-2a1a91ba4609-1575978496.png[/img]This includes IE 11. We are a mostly Microsoft shop and most folks use IE here. But Gainsight doesn't always render very well in IE, and Gainsight always advises us to use Chrome. This is what I generally tell my CSMs too - but if you say you support whatever SF supports, and they support IE, then why does it always act "buggy" with IE, and why are we always told to "use Chrome"?
[b]Use Case:[/b] - Given the way that we have CSM to Account relationships setup, our Gainsight implementation is R360 focused. C360 (account level) is not currently viable for our CSMs. [b]Current Process:[/b] - The global search is great, but the user needs to click on the drop-down and then select "relationship contains" filter. [b]Request:[/b] - It would be great to configure what the default global search parameter is. For us, the default for all users would be "relationship contains".
Hi guys. We’re using the NXT addition of Gainsight CS and using relationships to model our customer hierarchy - with the relationships as the different regional child companies. In the support sites I can’t see any mention of business modeller but on the Gainsight university, there’s an admin training course - for the SFDC version - that covers business modeller and talks about it as being the updated/renamed relationships. Are business modeller and relationships the same?
We are trying to have a number field with decimals as widget in summary section of CS360. When we have as Widget, it is just showing number without decimal part. Can't we have decimals in summary widgets? If so, are there any plans to have this ability in near future?
Are there any plans to have consistent or editable justification of data in report columns? And ability to reduce column width?
I notice that text values tend to be left-justified while metrics are right-justified. I also am unable to narrow column widths, save, and reflect the narrower columns in the dashboard. This makes the reports unpleasant to look at.
Hello, I have this field called "At risk level" on the R360 layout and on GS Relationship object in sfdc, the field accessibility is set as editable at a profile level, and the GS Relationship object is also editable at a profile level but for some reason I'm not able to set it as editable on de R360 - page layout. Anyone has seen or experienced not being able to set a field as editable on R360? This field is a picklist. We are attempting to update our health scoring system to the DEAR model from Gainsight Elements. I have it all made up, but I’d prefer to test it on a handful of accounts before applying it to the other 15,000. I am trying to use the “Applies To” section of the scorecard settings, but it cannot seem to override the default one. Maybe it’s me, or is here something I’m missing? Has anyone done this sort of transition with 2.0?
The most recent release added the functionality for Exceptions for Relationships Scorecards. Is there a plan to add Exceptions functionality to Account-level Scorecards? Use Case: Concur would like their overall Score to be derived from either a Predictive Score or a Subjective Risk Scorecard measure. Ideally, the overall Score would be equal to whichever of these two measures is the lowest. I believe that the Exceptions functionality would help them achieve this, but they are not using Relationships.
We are creating 4 different Shared 360 layouts for various internal stakeholders at our organization. I wanted to include Account Hierarchy in these layouts but it doesn't seem possible (this is not available in the list of sections to choose from - currently there is only Summary, Attributes, Related List, and Relationships). Will this section be added to the Shared 360 layout in the near future? Thanks! Kate
