My CSMs would like to associate a Timeline Activity created in a customer’s C360 with a CTA that was created in the customer’s R360. Since the Associated Records search won’t find the CTA created in R360, I suggested that for future CTAs, that they initially create them in C360 and not in R360 if they want to associate a Timeline Activity created in C360.
In the old C360, I used a string field from the Company object that contains a unique url to to our product for the particular company the CSM was viewing in C360. The unique url contains html code (see below example) at the beginning and end that caused it to display as a hyperlink with a simple and clean label ‘Login’. It worked perfectly. The CSM would simply click ‘Login’ and a new webpage would open and take them directly to the product login page for that particular company.<a href=”unique url example.com” target="_blank" >Login</a> It appears that string fields with url’s are no longer allowed in the new C360 so I had to create a new URL data type field in order to display the login url as an attribute. It’s a very long url so It’s not pretty to display it. I’m curious if there is a way to create a custom label for url’s so I can display ‘Login’ again like I had it before?
My team and I are currently looking for a workaround of this request that checks off all our objectives. This matter is urgent but not that of a system breakdown. We just need guidance on how to achieve this.
Hello Team,Can we give an option to use "OR" condition in Associated objects on R360.Use case:There is an object in which similar data is distributed in 2 different fields(This is based on mapping in the program).To view the data, we tried using above 2 fields in Associated objects to fetch the data but by default the criteria is created as “AND” and there is no option to change it as “OR”.As a result, we are not able to see all the data in R360. Hello, Any idea for an automated procedure to move already existing Success Plan from relationship 360 level to customer 360 level? without the need to move each one manually. note that I’m a success manager using Gainsight not an administrator for the tool. Thanks!
(Please don’t Comment with any answers that deviate from what I asked, Step by Step Instructions/Suggestions Only) Existing Playbook Name: CSM - Quarterly Business ReviewRequirement: When the existing CTA w/ this assigned Playbook is closed, the system should auto-trigger a new CTA, of the same type/playbook, due 90 days later, and assign to the CSM on the account.
When a user attempts to change the value of a manual scorecard mesure we would like to force them to create a timeline entry to justify why the metric is changing. An error message should be thrown if the user tries to update the manual scorecard measure without any timeline entry. Is that possible somehow? Any ideas how this can be accomplished? How would you recommend we generate training certificates for our customers? With Healthcare, we hold trainings for our customers that must attend and complete prior to practice. Once completed and signed off, we are manually generating training certificates and would like to incorporate that into the 360 instead.Is there a way we can create a Snapshot with tokens (like Name, Date, and Training Class Name) but export as a PDF instead of PPT so we can send the branded certificate for each customer? We’re in the process of implementing the Customer Journey widget into a new C360 design. Is there a reason why the Key Dates needs to be limited to 3 selections in the configuration of this? These dates are very useful to be able to display, and we would like to set up new rules to be able to display additional dates relating to last interactions of different types but the limit of 3 key dates prevents us being able to do this. Could this limit be increased?
As per the recent release Notes “Gainsight_NXT_Release_Notes_6.35_January_2023#360” Its mentioned that the Auto Migration of the old C360/R360 to the new C360/R360 and encourages customers to begin using the new C360/R360 experience as soon as possible. With the July 2023 release, can some one help me here if we have an exact date of this. Thanks
Hi everyone, We have created a custom object to list the customers who are under a specific type of contract. In the company 360, I would like to indicate with a boolean, whether or not this customer is under that specific type of contract. How can I modify the boolean based on the data imported in the custom object? In that custom object, I only have the start and end date. I’m looking at using something like “X is not empty then boolean ticked” Thank you!
I’m wondering what the logic is for creating extra columns in company hierarchy to show roll-ups vs. just displaying an aggregate at the bottom/top of the column. I feel like it adds an unnecessary amount of additional clutter in the GUI. You essentially have two of the same columns where only the value on the parent company is different.
Hi Community -- first Poster here. We are in the planning phase of Gainsight integration. One of the business requirements is the ability for Success Plans to be uploaded into Altify, an account application that is also a Force.com app. I'm curious to know if anyone in the community has done an Altify integration and what lightweight non-dev solutions are available for us to consider. C360: Customer wants to find a way to post files uploaded via the Collaboration tab in to be posted to a customers Chatter feed.
Customers initial question: Under the collaboration tab, one of my CSMs attached a document and I was hoping it would show up in the chatter feed on the account in Salesforce. How do I make this happen? Addiitonal context: The user was able to upload the file on the Success Plan in the chatter area. However, we would now like that uploaded file to show up in the chatter feed on the account in Salesforce, not in the C360 section of salesforce, but on the actual chatter on the direct account. Currently when you post a file to a under the Collaboration tab (in Success Plans) that file is only visible “to this CTA group” – there are no additional options to adjust visibility, and currently there is no way to modify this in Gainsight. The customer wants to point these Collaboration uploads towards the customers Chatter feed for them to access. Has anyone else attempted this? For additional context this is from Zendesk ticket 278
