Hello From a data-security point view, is there a way to block a view and/or exporting functionality of just one section in C360 i.e. to be viewed by only a selected group of people? For example, we have a section in C360 called Revenue which shows a report on the products/services an account purchases. Is there a way to restrict this report to only the account owner and the leadership team, without restricting other reports, or the entire C360 to other users? Thank you Katerina
I didn't see another post mentioning this so I am not sure if this is a common bug or just affecting our environment. I noticed that if the Scrolling feature is active on the C360 that it causes the Success Plan section to shrink and not display any of the information. But as soon as I deactivate the scrolling, then the success plan reverts back to normal. I am using the Google Chrome web browser. I tried deleting cookies and cached items and that didn't fix it either. Only thing that corrects it is to deactivate the scroll. I thought I would mention this in case it wasn't brought up already! Thanks! Screenshot is below. Basically the details under the "Plan Info", "Objectives", etc do not appear and the window gets sized down so small that you can't even scroll through the details of the plan. [Ask from Customer] - View contacts and opportunities options from C360 in lightning showing only recent contact and recent opportunities
View contacts and opportunities from C360 of lightening is showing only recent contacts and opportunities. Replication steps- 1. Logging into Sales force and Switching to Lightning Experience 2. Go into Gainsight and to any C360 page 3. Clicking on the three dots and selecting either View Opportunities or View Contacts The expected result is that it would take me to the Opportunities or Contacts for the account. The actual result is that it takes me to the Recently Viewed list for either Opportunities or Contacts across all accounts. Share your view and idea to fix this. If not then any plan to add in future release? Thank you in advance !
My understanding is that there currently isn't a way to see the status of the tasks that sit under the objectives in Success Plans. Is there a way to add that level of visibility? It would really help with adoption of Success Plans in our org to be able to see the status without having to click into the task's details. It would be nice to have different categories for tags on the C360. Like one category for at risk tags, one for integration tags (for example - we want to track every product our customer integrates us into) but we want this in a separate pick list from other at risk tags we have.
I see that the Company object has a "Current Score" and "Previous Score", but I am not gathering how those actually get populated. I am also seeing a discrepency with some accounts who I know have changed and I know the current/historical values. Any guidance on this would be awesome! How do others monitor change in score?
In our success plan playbooks, each task has a description to add some detail and clarity on the objective. My question is: when exporting success plans into a powerpoint presentation, are we able to capture the description detail anywhere? I see it's accessible via the share360 UI, but I'm not seeing the option with exporting a hard copy. Am I missing something?
We have fields that are not locked fields on the account like Decision Maker Relationship which can be edited by all CSM's in Salesforce. But when I pull it into C360, it become locked and unable to edit. Is there a way I can fix this?
Before I begin, this could be resolved if we could just assign a weight to score Groups... I have 8 measures that I pulled together under a Support score group. The Support score should equate to 30% of the overall score. If I have done my math correctly (which is always a valid question), this should come out to 3.75 % per measure. When I enter 3.75 for each of those measures, the total only adds up to 24. Of course if I change them to 4, it equates to 32 and if I drop them to 3 it equates to 24 also (the tool automatically does the latter f I submit and view the weight distribution again) How am I supposed to split up measures across a group if it won't honor the decimals (that it permits me to enter)?
Im not sure if this is a problem or intended functionality... but when you check of a task on the objective of a success plan and then go to the Gantt chart it makes a point on the chart, crosses off the task but does not check off the box of the task on the Gantt chart. Then if you check off a task on the Gantt chart it doesnt make a point on the chart, doesnt cross it out, and doesnt check it off in the objective. What is the difference between checking tasks off on the Gantt Chart vs the objective? Why would you use one over the other? Or should they being working the same between the two?
The issue I'm working through is similar to the one posted here: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/-attempt-to-de-reference-a-null-object-rule-error Last week we converted scorecards from RYG to Numeric. The following day the null object error message was reported on a singe rule set score function (1 out of 10). After some head scratching and excellent advice from Gainsight support I found 2 problems with that set score rule. First, it was trying to update scores on inactive accounts because of a filtering misconfiguration. Second, I have lingering RYG values in the Scorecard Fact object. Fixing the first problem resulted in a successful run of the failing rule... and there was much rejoicing. Today another set score rule is failing apparently due to the second problem. I'm not sure how rare this issue is but I thought a new
I have a request from a customer to be able to hide the "Edit" button on an R360 card. In looking at options, removing this from a permission perspective (removing edit permissions) would cause the user not be able to update thing on the relationship at all. We'd like to have this option hidden so users cannot manually update the actual relationship itself.
By design the Gantt Charts will display for all tasks and objectives. Then when you expand and condense the objective "Gantt Chart" will disappear for that objective tasks which we know. The customer that brought this to our attention would like for when you condense the objective that the "green line" also get condensed. I do agree with the user as if you condense something, related content should respond also. Image attached is the condensed view
We recently deployed relationships to our CSM's and are very pleased with the more focused view on their customers. The one 'gap' that' we have ran into is the ability to view child account data at the relationship level. We organize our relationships by product and a parent account will often have multiple child accounts under it representing different divisions. They have separate contracts which is why they are on different accounts but when it comes to business reviews, we need are now missing the simplicity of clicking a button to aggregate all accounts together for presenting metrics to the customer. Is it on the roadmap to add this functionality to the relationship level?
We have accounts where information is only updated on a monthly basis. This makes the scorecard 2.0 trend look odd with blanks each month except for the first trend data point of each month. Can there be a way to set the frequency that the trend snapshots is set?
Hello Team, I have two fields, one picklist and other text field. My use case is that if use has selected a particular value then the text field should become mandatory. This can be done using Salesforce validation rules but the error message is accompanied with a gainsight error code. How can I remove the gainsight error
Hello all, We are currently researching into ways to improve Account Hierarchy feature and see how we can better serve our customers. I would like to reach out to all GS users who have configured Account Hierarchy feature or use it to gather insights of the accounts. We are looking for

Current problems that Account Hierarchy currently not solving for you?
Lookups that are currently not supported which would better help manage your clients
UI Enhancements you would recommend.
Your inputs would help us decide the direction we need to take for designing better experience around Account Hierarchy feature.
Hello Team, When I upload HTML in a rich text field type it is truncating some tags. For example: The column in CSV contains: "<a href=""www.google.com""; target=""_blank"">Click to open chat</a> When uploaded to gainsight it truncates the target tag and leaves it with the href tag. Regards, Jahnavi
Hi there, I seem to be having a weird issue where [i]the help text which appears under the slider when setting a health score is only appearing for the high range - medium and low range are not displaying the help text I have set. Wondering if this is a known bug or (more likely) there's something obvious I've missed. Thanks, Alex
I've seen mentions of this in other community posts, but no real update on the matter (I believe). We're piloting Success Plans with our CSMs right now and are really keen for them to adopt, but so far there's a pretty large barrier to entry for them just because they find the whole interface (including when a template is implemented with many objectives and tasks). They suspect customers will find this overwhelming as well. Is there an update?
I'm not clear on which MDA Data sources are allowed to appear under the Related Lists option for the Share 360 Layouts. I see some, including one that's Custom, not Standard, but most of the MDAs do not appear. We structure most of our reporting off these Custom MDAs so having this clarified would help us share our data. Could someone provide some insight into how these sources populate here? Thanks!
I have two questions about the Scorecard 2.0 UI 1. We noticed that when you hover over a score (either a Measure score or a rolled up score), the word "Label:" precedes the label. This to us seems unnecessary and doesn't look quite "finished" - can the word "Label" be removed in any way? 2. We have defined descriptions for each Measure but those descriptions don't appear anywhere in the UI (from the CSM point of view). Should these descriptions pop up when you hover over the measure within the Scorecard view? Thanks!
