If I was viewing a section on the Customer360 that has a report attached to it, and I attempt to perform an Account search in the upper right corner fo the screen, the search becomes partially obstructed by the report I was viewing. We renamed our relationship types after we initially created them. But the Data Spaces that were created are still showing the original Relationship name. Is there a way to change them? I have been working with a customer who would like to change the RGB code for Scorecard Lables. You can not change the colors with custom colors since label is a lookup to the scoring scheme definition and colors need to be set from the scorecard. The question is, why can't you change the RGB code through this option? When entering comments in Scorecards the date does not change, the user has to click the numbers bar & hit the check mark before it updates
When entering comments in Scorecards the date does not change, it requires the user to click the numbers bar and hit the check mark before it closes, it would be great if the date was updated from the comments box too
Several in my organization have complained that when they post scorecard comments in R360 they cannot update the comment because it refreshes/saves repeatedly. I have seen this occur myself, when you click in the comment block to edit it turns blue and before you begin to type the comment it refreshes and saves the page so when you try to type after it will change the page entirely and go to C360 page or scroll you back up the page. It is very frustrating for my team as we have a deadline to update these comments and some of us have made comments in the range of 50-70, this increases the time it takes to update the scorecard comments tremendously.
Hi Everyone,I am curious to know what people’s best practices are for having multiple CSM’s or resources on 1 R360. The situation is the exception and not the rule in our environment. I do not want to create additional fields to capture the resource name as that will cause havoc on reporting, etc. If you have a solution in place, I would love to hear everyones’ ideas. TIA Jessica
We are fairly new to Gainsight and just renewed a contract for a survey provider before we purchased. We have successfully loaded the NPS Responses object that displays in the C360 as well as the summary on the C360. However, we do not know how to populate the Survey Responses Tab. [b]Use Case:[/b] - Given the way that we have CSM to Account relationships setup, our Gainsight implementation is R360 focused. C360 (account level) is not currently viable for our CSMs. [b]Current Process:[/b] - The global search is great, but the user needs to click on the drop-down and then select "relationship contains" filter. [b]Request:[/b] - It would be great to configure what the default global search parameter is. For us, the default for all users would be "relationship contains".

" Are we preaching to the converted and should we actually ensure we take Sales, Product Management and other functions of your organisation to attend with CSM's so they really see the value of CSM and understand the challenges? View contacts and opportunities from C360 of lightening is showing only recent contacts and opportunities. Replication steps- 1. Logging into Sales force and Switching to Lightning Experience 2. Go into Gainsight and to any C360 page 3. Clicking on the three dots and selecting either View Opportunities or View Contacts The expected result is that it would take me to the Opportunities or Contacts for the account. The actual result is that it takes me to the Recently Viewed list for either Opportunities or Contacts across all accounts. Share your view and idea to fix this. If not then any plan to add in future release? Thank you in advance !
Our enterprise team has launched a series of success plan templates for our CSMs to use. They are also encouraging CSMs to create/customize their own for unique customer situations but would like to maintain some level of control over what these include. One request was a way to have a pop up/text box with their standard 'success plan criteria' to remind CSMs what they need to include in their custom success plans (certain # of objectives, meet a certain KPI, etc). I don't believe we can customize the pop up when creating a success plan, but are there any other ideas of where we could include custom instructions like this?
How can I bring Measure Level information from Scorecards 2.0 in the Relationship Object for Reporting?
I have a report for all of our relationships that shows the current overall score, but I cannot find a way to bring in the measure level scores. I added it as a lookup to the Relationship Object, and so I can see the options in the report, but they're all blank. So, is it possible to bring in the measure level data or can we only see overall current scores?
When a user attempts to change the value of a manual scorecard mesure we would like to force them to create a timeline entry to justify why the metric is changing. An error message should be thrown if the user tries to update the manual scorecard measure without any timeline entry. Is that possible somehow? Any ideas how this can be accomplished? Currently, in the summary section of the C360, we cannot pull in fields with decimal places accurately. The field will be reported on, but it will lose the decimal that the number carried. For example, one of our customers is attempting to bring in the current version of software that their customer is on. For example, version 5.5. However, when we bring that field into the summary area of the C360, the number is cut off or rounded to 5 or 6 instead of having the decimal place. I've seen other posts on the community mentioning this throwing off their ability to bring in monetary values ($12.51) because of the apparent decimal place. This seems like it could potentially limit the types of fields our customers can make use of on the summary/attributes section of the C360. Thanks for the time reading! -Logan T.
We use a healthscore dashboard that shows all our customer accounts with all measures making up the healthscore. The dashboard unfortunately is not filterable by score. Sorting is possible by overall score but that applies only to the current page in the dashboard. Since we have many accounts and multiple pages, it becomes difficult to say see all our red accounts together. Has anyone else run into this issue? What would a workaround be to stack all red accounts together?
Hi there, I seem to be having a weird issue where [i]the help text which appears under the slider when setting a health score is only appearing for the high range - medium and low range are not displaying the help text I have set. Wondering if this is a known bug or (more likely) there's something obvious I've missed. Thanks, Alex
Apologies if this is posted somewhere else, I've searched and cannot find it. Is there a way to see the Relationship Name in the Scorecard Fact table? I just am seeing relationship ID. This was an issue with Scorecards 1.0 for us too. When you expand the width of fields in a C360 Section based on a report, say Opportunities or Tasks, the right edge goes out of sight. Now you have to start reducing other column widths to get back the fields to the right. There should be an automatic scroll bar.
I am posting this on behalf of an issue that my client (Cloudera) has experienced regarding the C360 page. What happens is that the UI will essentially lock up without warning, and the root cause is due to an unconfigured widget/field within the C360 dashboard. Could we look into providing descriptive errors on configurable dashboard pages that indicate when we have empty containers, or unconfigured field present? Here is the original report of this issue: [i]I am on the C360 page and cannot scroll, nor reach any of the options in the left nav. I clicked VoC in this example and am stuck there. I'm using Chrome and have restarted my browser completely with no luck. Here is a screenshot of the root cause -- as previously stated, would it be possible to add errors C360 dashboard page that would not allow you to save a layout if there are unconfigured widgets, or containers?
