Good morning-

I'm building some test Success Plans in preparation for launching our first ones later this month and have run into an issue:

We're on Relationships. I built a Relationship-level Testing success plan, added an Objective, and attempted to map a playbook to it.

No playbooks are available, even though we have a lot of Relationship-level playbooks built.

What would be causing this?

Thanks

-Jim

@james_whitehead The playbooks need to be built on the correct Relationship type. Did you make sure that the playbooks and success plan templates you're creating are on the same Relationship type?

Hi Faust-

Absolutely! We have one Relationship Type, and that's "Products".

Thanks

Hi Jim - the playbooks also need to be of the Type: Objective. Is this the case?

Katie: Thank you! The training video here:

Doesn't specify that the Playbook must be an Objective.

Thanks for that tip, that worked!

No problem, thanks for the feedback! @lila_meyer

Here in the documentation it refers to making a playbook available for Objective or ALL CTA types.

@sai_kumar_rachamalla Can you review the article link that Kate shared above and confirm if the statement "*Playbooks must be set to work with All CTA types in order to be available to Objective CTAs." needs to be revised?
